Application
for channel time is open to any community member who submits a
request. Programs are scheduled on a non-discriminatory basis.
Channel time is granted in the following order of priority:
1. In-house access producers are Comcast certified
producers who use Comcast facilities to produce, shoot or edit their
programs. (For more information on becoming a Comcast certified producer, click here.)
2. Out-of-house certified access producers are
Comcast certified producers who do not use equipment or facilities
provided by Comcast, but still live within Comcast's service area.
3. Out-of-house producers are producers who do not
reside in Comcast's service area, are not certified by Comcast, and
do not use Comcast facilities or equipment but do submit programs
for playback.
